Jason Krajewski is the Director of Connectivity at Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA). He is responsible for developing and executing DTNA’s vehicle connectivity strategy and service development as the head of Detroit Connect, DTNA’s connected vehicle platform. Mr. Krajewski has served in a diverse range of roles with his career at DTNA over the past 15 years. He has an extensive background in commercial truck engineering and management, having served as lead engineer during the large EPA emissions programs of 2007 and 2010 and then moving to managing DTNA’s Fuel Consumption Test & Analysis Department. Between 2013 and 2016 he relocated to Stuttgart, Germany to manage Daimler’s global Heavy and Medium Duty Truck Engine platforms. After that assignment, following a passion for data, he returned to DTNA to lead the development of DTNA’s Connectivity Insight Team, delivering applications and uses case for connected vehicle data, before becoming Director of Connectivity and overseeing Detroit Connect. Mr. Krajewski has spent his entire career in the commercial vehicle industry and has touched a wide variety of areas, technologies and customers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In his free time he enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with his wife and children while also pursuing the art of being a jack of all trades.
