President and cofounder of ISAAC Instruments, Jacques DeLarochelliere holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and has more than 25 years’ experience in business management and development.
During his university years, Jacques’s passion for motorsports led him to design his first data recorder, which he used to improve his own racing skills and those of others who are now professional drivers. His invention was also used for airplane flight testing. At that time, he had no idea that what was originally intended as a university project, would later become the successful and innovative company we now know as ISAAC Instruments.
Thanks to his vision, the technology that was once reserved to motorsport elites is now available to professional truck drivers. Today, Jacques is actively developing the Internet of Trucks, which connects a series of valuable objects aboard the truck and allows truck fleets to improve their profitability.
